The Crescent Ski Council is a tax-exempt, all volunteer organization, focused on providing snow sports and group event opportunities for all our club members. We promote winter recreational sports and activities including alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and racing for our members.
Join one of our 18 authorized clubs that offer long-distance and local trips, year-round social and recreational activities, including meetings, hiking, biking, rafting, and other fun activities. Member clubs have race teams that compete at North Carolina resorts in the Crescent Ski Council Race Series.
The Crescent Ski Council holds a Spring Convention and a Fall Conference, the Crescent Steamboat Race / Ski / Ride Camp in December, the Crescent Ski Council Week in January, and 5 local trips at NC resorts every year, available to any club member. Our ski and snowboard racing program is considered one of the finest in the nation.
