CSC 2025 Fall Conference in the mountain town of
Gatlinburg, TN.

Below you will find the conference schedule, lodging information with hotel registration link, and club conference registration form. Please note that you make your own individual lodging reservations.

Friday will be Registration. We will have our Trade Show on Saturday evening with a lot of the latest news from the ski industry. The Racing and Trip meetings will be needing more time, so be prepared to meet until early afternoon if needed. The Administrative Meeting will be for all clubs and feature a Club Forum. This forum is for us to help grow clubs, offer new activities, and share ideas. For those of you not in meetings, you have extra time to shop downtown, visit the Sugarlands Visitor Center, attend the 1:00pm scheduled tour of the Ole Smoky Moonshine Distillery or take advantage of our planned hike. There will be plenty of food, wine, and beer at the Trade Show so you will NOT have to go out for dinner Saturday evening. After the Trade Show, be sure to wear your Halloween finery to the DJ dance party! During the DJ party, there will be desserts for everyone to enjoy as well as wine and beer. You will not want to miss this great opportunity to have your club members meet with ski industry leaders, work with other club members from Crescent and socialize with other Crescent clubs in the nostalgic town of Gatlinburg.
