Below you will find the conference schedule, lodging information with hotel registration link, and club conference registration form. Please note that club members make your own individual lodging reservations but register for the Fall Conference through your Club.
This year’s Fall Conference will be held again at the beautiful Glenstone Lodge in historic Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Crescent Ski Council is a volunteer organization comprised of 18 ski clubs in the southeastern USA focused on snow sports and group event opportunities for our club members by promoting winter recreational sports including alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, racing for our members and adventure sightseeing trips.
Lodging reservations: are individually made by contacting the Glenstone Lodge directly at 800-362-9522 (Ext 1) or online (see Glenstone Reservation Information sheet for instructions and nightly rate information).
The deadline for securing your lodging at the Crescent Ski Council discounted rate is 5 pm, September 22, 2025.
Event registration: Fall Conference is coordinated through club designated coordinators. Choices include full event activities, a meeting only option and a Saturday lunch option which is perfect for committee attendees. Complete registration information is found on the Crescent Ski Council 2025 Fall Conference Registration Form. The very popular Meet & Greet at the Park Vista is returning on Friday night.
The Trips, Racing and Administration Meeting: will be held Saturday Morning.
Saturday Night Trade Show and DJ Halloween Party: Meet with all of the Trade Show vendors and learn more about ski and adventure destinations. There will be a DJ party and Halloween party including appetizers, desserts and beverages.
The Fall Conference Board of Directors meeting: will be held Sunday morning at the Glenstone Lodge Azalea room at 9:00 am. Sunday breakfast will be in the Azalea room and provided for two Crescent Ski Council representatives from each club and Executive Committee members. Any Conference attendees are welcome to attend the meeting however breakfast is only provided to the required attendees.
The Gatlinburg area provides unmatched opportunities for seasonal leaf watching and outdoor activities. There are national and state parks, Ober Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, the Appalachian Trail, and Blue Ridge Parkway. Fall Conference is a perfect opportunity for a fall getaway with your ski friends and family. Come to the Tennessee foothills to see the awe of peak Fall foliage conditions and find out what your ski clubs are planning.
